New Lows

I just had to post this, because a new milestone deserves a post correct? Todays weight, 247.2, is a new low. I had reached 247.6 a couple of months ago before I started yo-yo’ing. I hope that this is a sign that I broke through that 250 plateau I have been on ever since. I probably jinxed myself by posting this, but with theĀ financial/job stress going on right now I am hanging on to whatever I can at the moment.

The graph is the last two weeks, including today. Today is a no training day. Going to do an Open Water mile tomorrow, then a full brick Sunday in preparation for next weekends Triathlon at Fort DeSoto. I guess being nervous about it is normal, but friends (Jennifer, Dawn, Bo) and new contacts (KC) have been very supportive. I will get through it. Even if I have to back stroke the whole damn swim šŸ™‚

    Oh I have witnessed the water fighting back already. I did a SLOW cadence when I was trying to get used to the feeling a few weeks ago and did a complete circle and did not even realize it. My companions found it quite amusing.

    I want to be able to say “I AM THE BIGGEST LOSER”!! LOL

    You've had a hell-a-good 2 weeks! So? ….what you're saying is, you're a loser? Loser is the most positive meaning of course. Have a great swim and brick workout this weekend. Don't fight the water b/c it will fight back just as hard or more.
