Somehow since Friday I have gained 3.4 pounds. Did I loosen up some over the weekend? Yeah … I did … but my overall calories were not up (never went above 2,000) and my protein intake was down but only went over 100g of carbs once. It’s probably the training. Due to meetings, obligations, etc. I have not been to the gym since last Monday. Longest time off I have had since August probably. It’s more than likely the cause but now this worries me for the future. In order to maintain a healthy weight does this mean I will need to workout every day for the rest of my life?

Not feeling very “up” today …
