With the holidays coming I was concerned that my weight would go back up and my availability to train would go down, but I have tried to stick to it as best as I can and it seems to be working. I weighed in at 252.6 today, which is a total of 2.6 pounds since Monday (two days), and managed a brick workout of Bike/Run/Swim on Monday and a Bike/Run brick last night. May be the last workout of the week though, unless I can squeeze one in on Christmas Eve. 252 is the lowest I have been, so a new PB on the weight lost. Trying to get to 245 by December 31 but may not make it. My overall goal is to average .2 pounds per day and in December I am meeting that, currently at .29 pounds/day.
