As usual with me the weigh fluctuates. I have not worked out as much as normal due to some meetings and stressors happening at the moment, along with my work out partner being out of town. Amazing how quickly my motivation is affected. I really have to learn to deal with that better somehow.
Anyway, by Sunday I had gained a couple of pounds back (257.8) but back down another 1/2 this morning (257.4). I received a book as a gift last week called “Ironman Weight Management” and it talks alot about the weight fluctuations and why it happens. Still doesn’t help when I see the needle move up instead of down.
Will force myself to the gym tonight and get a 30-45 minute bike under my belt. Hopefully that will get me moving again.
